Many people try to primarily eat nutritious foods, exercise regularly and in general feel as if they are in good health. They know their blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol levels are within normal ranges because they diligently get them checked, so they may wonder why anyone would suggest there might be benefits to chiropractic care for them.

Sure, now and then their back muscles feel tense or they wake up with a stiff neck, but they think, "Doesn't everybody experience these things now and then"? Of course, the body is an amazing mechanism and it does try very hard to maintain itself under a wide variety of conditions. Initially, it probably will perform quite well for the average individual. However, over time certain conditions will creep up that can damage vital structures and tissues around the spinal region. By the time a person starts to notice regular uncomfortable symptoms, damage may have already occurred.

Just as individuals understand how important it is to get their blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels checked on a regular basis before health issues arise, it is important to know one's spine is able to work at maximum capacity throughout the wide variety of conditions we put our bodies through on a daily basis.

If you would like an evaluation to help determine the health status of your spine, please contact us. Dr. Gallentine can help you take your healthy lifestyle to the next level, with the goal focused on a healthy spine that will serve you for decades to come.
